Steps to Add Safe Senders in Fastmail

Add Senders to Your Contact List
Log in to your Fastmail account.
Go to the Contacts section from the left-hand menu.
Click on New Contact and enter the email address and details of the sender you wish to add.
Save your changes. Emails from contacts are less likely to be sent to spam.

Create a Filter to Allow Specific Senders
In your Fastmail account, click on Settings located at the top-right corner (gear icon).
Select Filters & Rules from the Settings menu.
Scroll down and click on Add new rule under the Custom Rules section.
Under the If section, choose From and enter the email address you want to safelist.
Under Then, select Keep in Inbox. This will ensure that emails from this address aren't sent to spam.
Click Save to activate the rule.

Modify Safe Senders List
Navigate to Settings from the gear icon in the top-right.
Select Spam Protection from the list.
Scroll to the Safelist section and click Edit.
Enter the email addresses or domains you want to safelist. Separate multiple entries with a comma.
Confirm by clicking Save.

Use Domain Whitelisting
Follow the steps to navigate to Settings.
Go to Spam Protection and find the Advanced Options section.
In the Domain Allowlist, add domains you trust. Emails from these domains are less likely to be marked as spam.
After entering the domains, click Save.
