How to Ensure Important Emails Reach Your Inbox in Hevanet Webmail
Ensuring that emails from important senders are not accidentally marked as spam in Hevanet Webmail involves adding them to your safe senders list, contact list, or creating filters. Follow these steps to enhance your email management and never miss crucial communications.

Add a Sender to Your Contact List
- Log into your Hevanet Webmail account.
- Navigate to the Contacts section typically found in the main menu.
- Click on New Contact or Add Contact.
- Enter the sender’s email address and any other relevant information.
- Click Save to add the contact.
Tip: Adding senders to your contact list can automatically allow emails from them into your inbox.

Add to Safe Senders
- Go to your webmail settings by clicking on the Settings icon.
- Select the Spam Settings or Junk Mail settings from the menu.
- Find and click Safe Senders List.
- Enter the email address or domain you wish to mark as safe.
- Press Add or OK to confirm.
Tip: Use wildcard symbols (e.g., *@example.com) to allow all emails from a domain.

Create a Filter to Allow Specific Emails
- Access the Filters section in the settings menu.
- Click on Create New Filter.
- Name your filter something descriptive, like "Important From [Sender Name]".
- Set conditions under which this filter should apply, such as "From" contains the sender's email address.
- Select the action Move to Inbox or ensure it does not mark as spam.
- Save the filter by clicking Save or Apply.

- Navigate back to Settings and select Spam Settings.
