Steps to Add Safe Senders:

  1. Add Sender to Contact List:
    1. Log in to your Optimum Email account.
    2. Navigate to the Contacts section from the menu.
    3. Select Add New Contact.
    4. Enter the email address and other details of the sender you wish to add.
    5. Click Save to add them to your contact list.
  2. Create Email Filters:
    1. Go to the Settings menu in your Optimum Email account.
    2. Select Email Filters from the options.
    3. Click Create New Filter.
    4. Name your filter for easy identification.
    5. Enter the email address in the From field and choose the action Move to Inbox.
    6. Click Apply to ensure these emails bypass spam filters and go directly to your inbox.
  3. Use Safe Senders List:
    1. Access the Settings menu again.
    2. Select Safe Senders or Allowlist.

    4. Click Add to include them in your safe senders list.
