Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Add Contacts to Your Address Book:
    1. Open Outlook 2007 and navigate to the Contacts section.
    2. Click New to add a new contact.
    3. Enter the email address and any additional details of the sender you want to add.
    4. Select Save & Close to save the contact.

    Tip: Adding someone to your contacts ensures their emails are less likely to be flagged as spam.

  2. Set Up a Rule to Always Move Messages to Your Inbox:
    1. Go to the Tools menu and choose Rules and Alerts...
    2. Click New Rule... to start the Rule Wizard.
    3. Select Start from a blank rule, and choose Check messages when they arrive.
    4. Click Next, check the condition from people or distribution list, and then click the underlined link in the Edit Rule section to specify the sender.
    5. Select the person from your Contacts or type the email address, and click Next.
    6. Check move it to the specified folder, and then select your Inbox.
    7. Click Finish and then OK.

  3. Add Senders to the Safe Senders List:
