Step-by-Step Guide to Adding Safe Senders in Outlook for iOS

Open the Outlook app:
Tap the Outlook icon on your iOS device to launch the application.

Access Email Settings:
Tap on the three horizontal lines located in the top-left corner to open the sidebar menu.
Select the Settings gear icon, found at the bottom of the menu.

Add Contacts to Safe List:
In the Settings menu, scroll and tap on Email Accounts, then choose the account you use.
Under the Mail section, locate and tap Safe Senders.
Here, you can add email addresses or domains that you consider safe by tapping Add Email or Domain and typing the desired address or domain. Tap Save to confirm.

Create Mail Rules:
To ensure important emails are never missed, consider setting up rules. Although rules are primarily configured on the Outlook desktop, you can view them in the Outlook app by accessing your account through a computer.
Once rules are set on the desktop, they will automatically apply to emails on your iOS device.

Use Focused Inbox:
Navigate back to the Settings menu and ensure Focused Inbox is turned on. This helps prioritize important emails based on your preference and past interactions.

Regularly Update Your Contacts:
Ensure emails from your contacts reach your inbox by regularly updating your contact list. New contacts can be added by opening an email from the desired sender, tapping their name, and selecting Add Contact.
